Lantern House

For this project were employed to carry out a stage 3-4 drawing package along with listed building consent for the reinstatement of a garage following fire damage. The redesign looked to improved upon the original design by bringing it up to modern standards and giving a garage opening large enough for a pair of Landrovers.

Careful consideration was given to the historic fabric and through documentary research and onsite analysis we could carry out the works without losing any further historic fabric to what was the former byre. The reports we put together along with well considered justification meant that the application sailed through the local authority consents.
